STAYING SAFE & KEEPING OTHERS SAFE DURING YOUR STAY
We have done everything we can to ensure your stay with us is just the same as before the Covid 19 outbreak but your safety, as well as our staff and communities safety must be paramount.
As such we have created a few policies that we are following and few we hope you can follow to help us.
We hope you enjoy a lovely stay with us in the open countryside & fresh air.
GLAMPING CORONAVIRUS POLICY – KEEPING YOU SAFE (July 2020)
To ensure the safety of our guests and staff and to minimise the spread of Covid-19 we have put some new measures in place as follows.
-
All soft furnishings which cannot be washed have been removed
-
All linen is professionally washed at a high heat
-
We have removed MOST of the books & games from our shelves and are rotating a few nature books and maps between stays
-
Anti-viral spray is used throughout on every surface you may come to contact with
-
Only the essential cooking and dining equipment has been left and has been washed in a dishwasher
-
We would usually meet you on arrival and show you the ropes but we will now be leaving you clear instructions and will only be a telephone call away for any questions
-
Our glamping sites are nearly a mile away from each other and so it is unlikely you will see anyone else during your stay
HOW YOU CAN HELP
-
The guidelines ask that you strip your beds of linen and place dirty sheets in a plastic bin bag before you leave
-
On a fine day leave the doors to all accommodation open when you depart to allow ventilation
-
Wash your hands and use the sanitiser offered regularly
-
Clean the loos and washing areas between use, using the equipment provided
-
Please leave the site by 10.00am to enable our staff to complete the extra work that is required between stays
-
Please use hand sanitiser but remember to be careful around fires and BBQs after use
STOCK GAYLARD GLAMPING GUIDANCE:
The official Government advice is for no more than 2 households (including support bubbles) or for 6 people from different households to group together. If your party does not fit into the above description you may want to consider reducing the number of guests to comply with the guidelines.
SHOULD YOU BECOME SYMPTOMATIC DURING OR AFTER YOUR STAY:
-
In the unlikely event you become symptomatic of Covid-19 during your stay please let us know immediately we will then put a plan of action into place for yours, ours and other guests safely
-
We cannot offer our sites as a place to isolate should you fall ill
-
If you become symptomatic up to 2 weeks after your stay please contact us to let us know
DISCLAIMER & ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
-
We cannot offer a refund if you or any of your party are unable to make your holiday due to ill health (Covid 19 or other) – this should be resolved through travel insurance which we recommend you take
-
We are not obligated to offer our sites as a place to isolate should you fall ill
