ABOUT US

We are a family run business & estate and one of the first places to offer yurt glamping in Dorset!

We have taken great care & pride in creating a unique glamping experience for all our visitors and all our yurts are handcrafted with wood from the estate and our conversions thoughtfully renovated and created by our small estate team.

You will almost certainly meet one of us during your stay with us (Jack, Andy or Josie).

See our FAQ's below...

FAQS

Can I bring my dog?
As dog lovers, we are pleased to be able to offer dog friendly glamping!
However, we do ask that dogs do not go into the sleeping yurts, but they are very welcome in our large living yurts and please try to keep muddy paws indoors to a minimum!
*Please do let us know if you are planning to bring more than two*

Is there electricity?
Yes! But it is LIMITED! â€‹Our sites are off-grid and all our electricity comes from solar power which creates enough energy to fuel your essentials like your fridge & lights. At the moment please do not try and charge phones, speakers etc as it will simply drain all your supplies. Try and come prepared with car chargers or a powerbank.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Being off-grid makes Wi-Fi impossible (but we don't think that's a bad thing). â€‹There is however good 3G/4G signal on most networks.

How Accessible Are Your Sites?
Unfortunately, our glamping sites are currently not wheelchair friendly being in remote locations that can get muddy and all sites being on raised decking to keep them dry. This is something we are working on.  If you do not require a wheelchair all the time but still struggle with mobility we recommend Brickles Camp which only has one shallow step on to the decking.
If you are in any doubt if the sites are suitable for you or have any other questions regarding accessibility please just ask and we would be happy to help!

What is there to do locally?
Check out our 'Out & About' page which lists a number of activities and has our very own downloadable guide to places to eat and drink and attractions to visit.
